Operated by the Pena family, husband Ridieby Pena (Executive Chef) and wife Altagracia Pena (Restaurant Manager) the feel and ambiance is of one of a kind. With a combined experience of over 20 years in the culinary arts and hospitality industries, they embarked on a dream of delivering exceptional dishes and one of a kind experience as they host for guest from all walks of life. Traditional Dominican Republic cuisine being the corner stone of the restaurant, home-made sofrito and many other natural condiments zest up the restaurant with each order. With an open kitchen concept, they are no secrets or hidden doors. Every dish is freshly cooked to the guests preference. Exemplifying a warm home cooked dish at any time of the day.
